Wednesday, 15th at 8pm Polyamorous NYC Discussion Group
This month's topic is Polyamory Without Drama facilitated by Michael Rios and Sarah Taub, Ph.D. What would relationship be like if everyone took 100% responsibility for their own feelings? What if every surge of emotion was seen as an invitation to connect with essence and rise to a new level of awareness and love? These questions and more will be discussed and answered in this month's meeting. The facilitators, Michael Rios and Sarah Taub, Ph.D., are full-time cultural activists inspired by the Network for a New Culture (www.nfnc.org, www.cfnc.us). They regularly organize New Culture events aimed at creating a culture based on awareness, compassion and freedom rather than on fear and judgment. Michael founded a polyamorous commune in 1964, and has been creating poly communities and sharing effective poly practices ever since. Sarah uses her training in cognitive science, group facilitation, and transformative practices such as co-counseling and Nonviolent Communication to create powerful experiences for human healing and growth.
